The Santa Maria Town Center is an existing urban shopping center of approximately 400,000 square feet. The project relocates a department store anchor, and expands the mall approximately 150,000 square feet. The expansion area incorporates an early Californian design theme and a new fourteen screen theater on the upper level. The lower level expansion area accommodates approximately 50,000 square feet of retail space. This project includes the complete renovation of the existing mall, the addition of a new food court, and the addition of several new restaurant concepts.
