Mr. David Linsel is a key member of our Project Management team. Dave has over forty years of experience as a licensed architect. His overall architectural experience is extensive as it is diverse. He has worked with many brand name retailers such as Bloomingdale’s, Macy’s Robinsons-May, J.C. Penney, Gottschalks, and Sears. Dave also has extensive experience on large-scale retail shopping centers, office buildings, medical office buildings, mixed use projects, schools, hospitals and museums. Mr. Linsel has headed up construction programs for Oxnard, Claremont and Pico Rivera. He has worked extensively with developers such as Architectural Ventures, OK Earl and The Hahn Company. Mr. Linsel was the project architect for the Audie Murphy Western Heritage Museum here in Los Angeles. David believes in a hands-on proactive approach to project management where design and production are integrated within the design team to provide a successfully completed built environment.
