Cofounder of Linane / Drews Architects, has been practicing in the field of architecture for the past thirty years. Mr. Linane has participated actively in all phases of the design and construction process. He has been involved with numerous project types, from interior design and residential projects to low rise and mid rise office projects, to Police facilities, Hospitals, Department Stores and major regional shopping centers. Mr. Linane has specialized over the past twenty years in the commercial, retail market place, working with numerous Developers and Retail clients. Macy’s, Bloomingdale’s, May Company, Robinsons May, Meier & Frank, Gottschalks, Disney, H&M, Urban Retail, Segerstrom, Macerich and Westfield are among some of the retailers and developers that Mr. Linane has had an opportunity to work with. Project types have ranged in scope from tenant improvement to ground up multi level projects to the major renovation and seismic upgrade of a historic downtown high rise.
