LDA is the architect of record for over sixty locations throughout California, Oregon, Washington, and Alaska for Gottschalks Department stores. We have provided interior and exterior prototype designs. LDA also designed Gottschalks flagship store located at the River Park in Fresno, California. This 110,000 square foot, two story store incorporated a unique two and a half story clearstory atrium space. Cutting edge energy design reduced energy consumption to thirty percent below title 24 requirements.
