Juan Velasquez is a Project Manager for Linane/Drews Architects. He received his Bachelors of Arts Degree in Architecture from the University of California at Berkeley in 2003. He began his career at Linane/Drews Architects just months after graduating. In no time at all he became a project manager for various retail tenant improvement projects. Juan has managed various retail projects throughout the United States for retail accounts such as Coldwater Creek, Brighton Collectibles, The Disney Store, Gap, Banana Republic, andOld Navy. He has also worked on specialty shops in Disneyland, Downtown Disneyland, and Disney Tokyo.

Juan currently is a LEED Accredited Professional and has managed Gold and Silver certified Tenant Improvement projects. He is currently working on his Architectural license exams.
