Nivert has worked on a variety of retail projects such as Disney Store, Coldwater Creek, and Brighton Collectibles. Nivert’s experience includes high-end residential, senior housing, school evaluations, and university renovation.  Currently she is working on the Santa Maria Town Center expansion and individual tenant improvements. Nivert is an Associate Member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) and she is very close to finishing the Architectural Registration Exams and obtaining her Architectural License.
