Paul is a versatile member of our design team with over ten years of experience in retail store planning, high-end residential for five star resorts and hotels, civic buildings and commercial tenant improvements.  He has produced design development and construction document packages including all aspects of architectural/construction details and design.  He is familiar with all phases of design from early concept through contract documents and into construction.  He has provided design service for Viceory Anguilla, a five store resort and residence, Cabrillo Marine Aquarium and Will & Ariel Durant Brand Los Angeles Library.  During his tenure at LDA Paul has become an integral part of our project management team for the Coldwater Creek and Guitar Center store roll out programs.    

Education:

Master Degree in Architecture from UCLA

Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from the University of Minnesota. 

Currently pursuing licensure in the state of CA
