Project Manager

Raul Cardenas is a versatile and multitalented member of our architectural management and production team. Mr. Cardenas brings fifteen years of experience within retail and commercial architecture to his position as a project manager for Linane/Drews Architects. He has been involved in numerous project types such as landlord tenant coordination, specialty retail, and department store design and construction. Raul has worked with national developers such as Macerich, Urban Retail, Uhlmann, and Westfield providing them with landlord leasing support services, as well as design, contract documentation, jurisdictional expediting, and Construction administration services. He has worked with numerous national retailers such as Macy’s, Robinsons-May, Gottschalks, Sport Chalet, and Themed Stores, providing design and architectural production services on projects throughout the United States. Mr. Cardenas has extensive experience with numerous commercial, office, and industrial project types throughout California. Raul also administers and manages LDA’s computer systems, data base, and FTP site.
