LDA understands what is involved in the design and construction of successful large-scale retail projects. We have successfully completed regional shopping centers and neighborhood shopping centers. LDA’s project list includes work for shopping center developers such as Macerich, Caruso Affiliated Holdings, Urban Retail Properties, Segerstrom, and Westfield. Our design teams’ prior experience includes projects for such diverse shopping center developers as Donahue Schriber, Eclipse Development, MMI, The Uhlmann Offices, The Mills Corporation and the Haun Company. Design team projects have ranged from 10,000 square foot renovations to new ground up projects with one million square feet of enclosed space.
