Steven Ruiz is a versatile and multitalented member of our production and management team. Steven’s expertise includes an extensive technical background in planning, specifications, construction documentation, and construction field administration. Currently, Steven’s professional experience offers creative technical solutions as well as careful planning and management assistance to our clients. Mr. Ruiz has over 20 years of experience. He started in the field of architecture designing broadcast facilities which included space planning and technical design interfacing broadcast systems into the built environment. Since joining LDA Steven has worked with many retail, commercial, and industrial clients. His commercial and industrial projects include several office buildings and fabrication facilities for Acco Engineered Systems, Senior Aerospace, and Themed Stores. Steven has also had the opportunity to provide design and construction documents for several big box retailers such as Sport Chalet, Robinsons-May, Meier & Frank, Gottschalks, and Macy's. Mr. Ruiz also plays an integral role in developing written specifications and providing third party quality assurance reviews on construction documents that have been developed throughout the office.
