Project Manager

Suresh is a versatile and multitalented member of our architectural management and production team.  He brings twenty four years of experience in the field of architecture to his position as Project Manager for LDA.  He has participated actively in all phases of the design and construction process with expertise in building, fire & ADA codes, and the capability of coordinating all utilities, civil, landscape, architectural and SMEP consultants.  Mr. Shrestha brings extensive experience in retail design.  He has been involved with a wide variety of projects types, including major regional shopping centers, neighborhood shopping centers, specialty retail, restaurants, office buildings and parking structures. Mr. Shrestha has specialized in the retail market place, working with numerous Developers including Westfield and Primestor Development.  He has worked with various retail clients including Starbucks, Panda Express, Target, Nordstrom, Best Buy and PF Chang’s. Project types have ranged in scope from tenant improvements to ground up multi-level projects to major renovations and expansions.
